Accidents Happen

Have you ever broken the law and didn’t get caught, if so how?

Okay, maybe once but it was an accident! I threw my trash in the wrong county dumpster. My parents live in one county but for some reason I thought their county was the same as the one I was in so, I ended up throwing my trash in the wrong dumpster. It was just one bag though and I seriously didn’t mean to, but no one’s said or done anything about it. I drive through that area on my way to work daily. At least, 6 days out of the week.

The most stressful incident though, was on the highway. I was driving 2-hours home and entering my first 4-lane highway, which is terrifying! Apparently, the GPS decided to take us through the toll booths this time. Well, I followed what the GPS said, but the signs said that cash was supposed to go one way and EZ pass the other. I didn’t know! It wasn’t until we passed it that I even saw the sign! The GPS just said to keep going forward so we did! My brother and I were freaking out about getting a fine over it, but the front of my license plate is bent so there’s a chance they couldn’t identify my car? I don’t know, I didn’t mean to skip it! I can’t even tell anymore if I did!

  1. I’ve flipped out over tolls on unfamiliar highways too! It gets confusing.

  2. I don’t drive but my mom gets so nervous about tolls in CA because they don’t have a place to pay and you need to remember which exit you enter and which you exit. Lol, not looking forward to driving.

    1. That just sounds like a nightmare! At least around here they have places you can stop and pay so you don’t have to rely on memory!
