When do you feel most productive?

I only really feel productive on good days when I’m feeling up. Usually I feel up whenever I find something to be passionate or excited about. That’s usually when I start going crazy and doing as much as I can instead of pacing myself.

On days when I’m feeling good about life, I can clean the entire kitchen, get a bunch of writing done, go to work, and still cook dinner when I get home! I feel so proud of myself for doing so many things that are good for my health! Those are also the days I eat the best! I’ll eat at least three meals and maybe even get a real workout in!

I’m still trying to set up a routine so even on days when I don’t feel productive, I can still get something done! I always feel my most productive when I’m at my happiest, or at least when I’m not feeling depressed. It feels like that’s the real me trapped underneath my mental health issues finally breaking free before it’s caught and dragged behind bars again. If I could feel like that all the time, I’d probably be a lot healthier and a lot more productive!
